TSPRA and exhibitors will be handing out a variety of branded Mardi Gras themed beads at the Welcome Reception. Make sure to attend the event to start stacking your bling! (It’s like stacking those Star Awards medals!) Secure your beads on Monday, wear them all week!

Let the TSPRA Times Roll/ Crowning the Star Awards

Start the day by wearing your TSPRA conference t-shirts, sponsored by Finalsite! We will Let the TSPRA Times Roll as we take our annual group photo at the close of the Second General Session.

Enjoy a day of learning before changing into your fancy-banquet-wear. We will be Crowning the Star Awards adorned in cocktail attire and the Mardi Gras masks that you made during the Welcome Reception!

Final Flourish

As we close out the conference, bring the flare to the final day of the conference! Share your take on the conference logo, blending the purples, greens, and golds found in the logo, adding in a few of those collected beads, to make a final statement as we say our farewells during a hearty breakfast buffet and collegial conversations and connections!

Jumpstart your conference with a full day of in-depth learning! Choose from multiple session options in the morning (9:00 AM–12:00 PM) and afternoon (1:00 PM–4:00 PM). Boxed lunch available to pre-purchase with registration.

TSPRA Fun Walk/Run

TSPRA’s Annual Fun Walk/Run is getting a playful upgrade with a built-in scavenger hunt, turning every mile into a mini adventure. Jog, walk, or cheer your way through the route while hunting for clues, prizes, and bragging rights. Part fitness. Part delightful chaos in sneakers. Join Joel Weckerly & Dr. Tommie Smith to bring good energy, good company, and a finish line worth smiling about! Lace up and level up your conference experience.

TSPRA Conference Coaching

TSPRA has assembled a group of talented member mentors to assist you throughout the year with questions around your work, projects, initiatives, ideas, challenges, worries, and more! TSPRA mentors will be available during the conference, in person, in the Experience Hall Pop Ups to help you find answers and solutions to all your questions!

Pick up some great ideas at the TSPRA Publications Exchange! The 2026 Conference will feature tables with stacks of printed publications with grab and go samples to fuel that next big project.
