Exhibit Space

Thank you for your interest in being a sponsor and/or exhibitor for the 2026 TSPRA Annual Conference in Galveston, Texas! TSPRA is planning a spectacular event with a Mardi Gras theme at the Galveston Island Convention Center February 16 through 19.

  1. This year TSPRA is offering three sizes of exhibit spaces in the Exhibit Hall. The prices listed are for those vendors who do not wish to be a tiered sponsor. Tiered sponsors receive the exhibit space as part of their sponsorships. (See Sponsorship Opportunities)
  2. Exhibitors may sponsor individual events, items and areas a la carte without being a tiered sponsor. (See Sponsorship Opportunities).
  3. The Meeting Suite is a presentation area in the Exhibit Hall which may be reserved for one hour for client meetings and special demonstrations. Presentations will be listed in the program. Exhibitors may book this area for a fee of $1,000 for the hour. The 10K, $15K and $25K sponsors may use this area for free for one hour.
  4. We are also offering exhibitors/sponsors a free, high-top table to do a pop-up presentation that will be listed in the program during the concurrent session time slots. These pop-ups are intended to let vendors meet one-on-one or with a few people for a short time, away from their booth, in an area with other pop-up presenters. TSPRA provides the high-top table and a chair, if needed. No AV connection. WIFI is available in the exhibit hall. Space is limited. Reserve your pop-up with TSPRA no later than December 1 or on your application form to exhibit.

Exhibitor hours will be:

Monday, February 16

  • Exhibitor/Sponsor Set-up 11:30 am to 5 pm
  • Welcome Reception/Experience 4:30 to 6:30 pm

Tuesday, February 17

  • Exhibitor/Sponsor Viewing 7:30 am to 5 pm

Wednesday, February 18

  • Exhibitor/Sponsor Viewing 8 am to 5 pm
  • Booth teardown 5 to 6 pm

Meeting Suite

$1,000 per hour

Includes:

  • small enclosed area for presentations/client meetings in the exhibit hall

  • WIFI
  • small monitor (if needed)

  • projector (if needed)

  • seating for 30-40 attendees

  • Additional exhibitor badges are $100 per badge. Sponsors receive extra badges based on the sponsorship tier. Exhibitor badges are not conference registration badges.

  • The price of an exhibit booth does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, cleaning, security or any special services ordered by the exhibitor.

Program Ad pricing

Consider placing an ad in the conference program to reach more attendees.

  • Full-page color ad, 7.125″ wide x 10″ high – $550
  • Half-page horizontal color ad, 7.125″ wide x 4.825″ high – $300
  • Quarter-page horizontal or vertical color ad, 3.625″ wide x 4.825″ high – $175

Cancelation/Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before January 7, 2026 receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations on or after January 7, 2026 will receive no refund.
