Exhibit Space

This year TSPRA is offering three sizes of exhibit spaces in the Exhibit Hall. The prices listed are for those vendors who do not wish to be a tiered sponsor. Tiered sponsors receive the exhibit space as part of their sponsorships. (See Sponsorship Opportunities).

Exhibitors may sponsor individual events, items and areas a la carte without being a tiered sponsor. (See Sponsorship Opportunities).

The Mercado [Market Area] – The Mercado, located outside the Exhibit Hall in the Prefunction area, is available for vendors who sell products like jewelry, clothing, health products, etc. TSPRA will provide entertainment and refreshments in this area. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own displays, tables, and racks. Tables, electrical connection and WIFI may be purchased from the hotel through TSPRA. Cost is $250 per space plus 20% of the profit from sales and any hotel fees for services. Contact TSPRA at info@tspra.org if you are interested.

The Meeting Suite is a presentation area in the Exhibit Hall which may be reserved for one hour for client meetings and special demonstrations. Exhibitors may book this area for a fee. The 10K, $15K and $25K sponsors may use this area for free for one hour.

Meeting Suite

$1,000 per hour

Includes:

  • small stage for presentations/client meetings

  • WIFI
  • screen
  • projector
  • seating for 40 attendees
  • facility is carpeted
  • Additional exhibitor badges are $100 per badge. Sponsors receive special benefits with more badges. Exhibitor badges are not conference registration badges.

  • The price of an exhibit booth does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, cleaning, security or any special services ordered by the exhibitor.

Program Ad pricing

Consider placing an ad in the conference program to reach more attendees.

  • Full-page color ad, 7.125″ wide x 10″ high – $550
  • Half-page horizontal color ad, 7.125″ wide x 4.825″ high – $300
  • Quarter-page horizontal or vertical color ad, 3.625″ wide x 4.825″ high – $175

Cancelation/Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before January 7, 2025 receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations on or after January 7, 2025 will receive no refund.
