It’s time to sign up to exhibit and be a sponsor for the
2026 TSPRA Annual Conference in Galveston, Texas!

TSPRA is planning a spectacular event with a Mardi Gras theme at the Galveston Island Convention Center, Galveston Texas. We expect 750 plus attendees that represent education public relations professionals from across the state. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with superintendents and communication teams including those in PR, marketing, video, graphics, websites and others.

The exhibit area features not only the standard 6′ tabletop exhibits but also 10’x10′ and 10’x20′ spaces. We are also offering a presentation space in the exhibit area – our Meeting Suite – where sponsors and exhibitors can purchase time to reach out to their clients and others in one-hour time slots.

The Monday evening Welcome Reception will be the big kick off event and we hope all our sponsors and exhibitors will participate. You can purchase beverage tickets in quantities of 10 for $100 to hand out at your booth. Tickets can be used at the reception and for the Wednesday night Star Awards Celebration. We hope you will purchase Mardi Gras beads to give away. There will be music and food too.

TSPRA has sponsorship opportunities that include tiered packages and a la carte items. Tiered packages offer varying benefits and pricing, meeting different event sponsorship needs, while a la carte items allow sponsors to contribute to specific event components.

AVAILABILITY:

Fifty (50) tabletops, six (6) 10’x10’, and six (6) 10’x20’ booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis after applications have been submitted, approved, and the initial or full payment has been made, depending on the terms of the agreement. TSPRA will assign the booth space.

SET-UP:

Exhibit hall spaces will be set up in Exhibit Hall A-B on the first floor

EXHIBITOR SET-UP:

  • Monday, February 16, 2025 from 11:30 am to 5:00 p.m.

EXHIBIT TIMES:

  • Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

TEAR DOWN:

  • The exhibit area will be cleared out on February 18, 2026 from 5-6 pm.
